  6. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per flapjack onto the hot pan. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges set (about 2-3 minutes).
  7. Flip and cook on the other side until golden brown (about 1-2 minutes).
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve hot with syrup, fresh fruit, or condensed milk.
