Ingredients
- 150 g instant polenta
- 500 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 250 ml water
- 1 Prise salt
- 3 EL honey
- 1 TL vanilla extract
- 50 g butter
- 200 g mixed berries
- 2 EL powdered sugar
- Einige Blättchen fresh mint
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, gently heat the milk and water over medium heat. Add a pinch of salt and the honey, stirring well until the honey has dissolved.
- Once the liquid begins to simmer, gradually sprinkle in the instant polenta while continuously whisking to prevent lumps from forming.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the polenta simmer, stirring regularly. This will take about 10-15 minutes until it becomes thick and creamy.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the butter and vanilla extract until the butter is completely melted and well incorporated.
- Divide the polenta among four serving bowls. Arrange the fresh mixed berries on top.
- Dust with a little powdered sugar and garnish with fresh mint before serving immediately.
