  2. Melt chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler, stirring occasionally until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is light and thick.
  4. Gently fold the melted chocolate-butter mixture into the egg cream. Then add the flour and a pinch of salt, stirring just until combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
  7. Serve immediately, perhaps with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or fresh berries.
