Ingredients
- 150g Dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa)
- 100g Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 60g Sugar
- 40g All-purpose flour
- 1 Prise Pinch of salt
- 1 Teelöffel Vanilla extract
- Optional: Kakaopulver zum Bestäuben Optional: Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and grease four oven-safe ramekins (or soufflé dishes) and dust with a little cocoa powder.
- Melt chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler, stirring occasionally until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is light and thick.
- Gently fold the melted chocolate-butter mixture into the egg cream. Then add the flour and a pinch of salt, stirring just until combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
- Serve immediately, perhaps with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or fresh berries.
