Korean rice bowl with vegetables, egg and gochujang sauce.

Ingredients
- 300g rice
- 150g beef, sliced
- 1 carrot
- 100g spinach
- 100g bean sprouts
- 1 zucchini
- 2 eggs
- 2 EL gochujang
- 1 EL sesame oil
- 1 EL sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook rice.
- Briefly sauté each vegetable separately and season.
- Fry beef with soy sauce.
- Fry egg sunny-side up.
- Rice in a bowl, arrange vegetables and meat, egg on top. Serve with gochujang.
