Ingredients
- 400g Shaved milk ice
- 100g Sweet red bean paste (Patbingsu)
- 3 EL Sweetened condensed milk
- 4 Stück Mochi, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 100g Seasonal fruits (e.g., strawberries, mangoes, blueberries)
- 2 EL Roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 EL Almond slivers

Instructions
- Start with the shaved milk ice. If you don't have a specific Bingsu machine, you can process frozen milk blocks in a blender until finely shaved like snow.
- Prepare all the toppings. Cut the mochi into bite-sized pieces and slice or dice the fruits.
- Place a generous layer of shaved milk ice into a large serving bowl.
- Spread the sweet red bean paste over the ice, followed by some of the cut mochi and fruits.
- Add another layer of shaved milk ice, lightly covering the previous layers.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk generously over the shaved milk ice.
- Garnish the bingsu with the remaining fruits, mochi, chopped peanuts, and almond slivers.
- Optionally, sprinkle some matcha powder over the top for extra flavor and color.
- Serve immediately and enjoy before the ice melts.
