Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Start with the shaved milk ice. If you don't have a specific Bingsu machine, you can process frozen milk blocks in a blender until finely shaved like snow.
  2. Prepare all the toppings. Cut the mochi into bite-sized pieces and slice or dice the fruits.
  3. Place a generous layer of shaved milk ice into a large serving bowl.
  4. Spread the sweet red bean paste over the ice, followed by some of the cut mochi and fruits.
  5. Add another layer of shaved milk ice, lightly covering the previous layers.
  6. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk generously over the shaved milk ice.
  7. Garnish the bingsu with the remaining fruits, mochi, chopped peanuts, and almond slivers.
  8. Optionally, sprinkle some matcha powder over the top for extra flavor and color.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy before the ice melts.
