Ingredients
- 2 TL Instant coffee
- 2 TL Sugar
- 30 ml Cold water
- 150 ml Cold water
- 1 Prise Salt
- 4-5 Ice cubes
- 50 ml Milk (optional)
- 1 Straw
Instructions
- In a tall glass or shaker, combine the instant coffee, sugar (to taste), and 30 ml of cold water. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
- Using an electric frother or a small whisk, vigorously whisk the mixture until a thick, rich foam forms, filling about half of the glass.
- Fill the glass with 4-5 fresh ice cubes to keep the beverage perfectly chilled.
- Slowly pour the remaining 150 ml of cold water over the ice cubes and foam, being careful to preserve the frappé's texture.
- If desired, add 50 ml of milk. A small amount of milk can lend a creamier consistency and a milder flavor to the frappé.
- Stir gently with a long spoon or straw to combine the layers without completely dissipating the foam. Serve the frappé immediately with a straw.
