Ingredients
- 4 Tassen crushed ice
- 200 ml Ube ice cream
- 50 g shredded coconut
- 100 g sweet beans
- 4 Stück Leche Flan
- 80 g sweetened plantains
- 40 g kaong
- 40 g coconut gel
- 1 Dose condensed milk
Instructions
- First, prepare all your ingredients: sweet beans, sweetened plantains, kaong, nata de coco, and leche flan. Ensure they are chilled to maintain freshness.
- Take four tall glasses or dessert bowls. Begin by layering the sweet beans evenly at the bottom of each glass.
- Next, add the sweetened plantains, kaong, and nata de coco. Layer each ingredient separately to create distinct visible layers.
- Fill each glass generously with crushed ice, leaving enough room at the top for the remaining toppings.
- Drizzle a generous amount of condensed milk over the ice and layers, allowing it to seep into the crushed ice.
- Top the crushed ice in each glass with a scoop of Ube ice cream. This forms the signature purple layer of Halo-Halo.
- Garnish each glass with a piece of Leche Flan and a sprinkle of shredded coconut. Serve immediately and enjoy!
