  1. First, prepare all your ingredients: sweet beans, sweetened plantains, kaong, nata de coco, and leche flan. Ensure they are chilled to maintain freshness.
  2. Take four tall glasses or dessert bowls. Begin by layering the sweet beans evenly at the bottom of each glass.
  3. Next, add the sweetened plantains, kaong, and nata de coco. Layer each ingredient separately to create distinct visible layers.
  4. Fill each glass generously with crushed ice, leaving enough room at the top for the remaining toppings.
  5. Drizzle a generous amount of condensed milk over the ice and layers, allowing it to seep into the crushed ice.
  6. Top the crushed ice in each glass with a scoop of Ube ice cream. This forms the signature purple layer of Halo-Halo.
  7. Garnish each glass with a piece of Leche Flan and a sprinkle of shredded coconut. Serve immediately and enjoy!
