Ingredients
- 4 Stück Flour tortillas
- 200 g Monterey Jack cheese
- 100 g Cooked ham
- 1 EL Vegetable oil
- 1/2 TL Cumin
- 1/4 TL Garlic powder
- Eine Prise Salt
- Eine Prise Black pepper
- 2 EL Salsa
- 2 EL Guacamole
- 1 EL Fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Shred the Monterey Jack cheese and slice the cooked ham into thin pieces or small cubes to prepare the filling.
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add the vegetable oil, to ensure the tortillas will toast golden brown.
- Place two tortillas in the skillet. Evenly sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over each tortilla, followed by half of the ham. Season with cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the remaining two tortillas on top of the filled tortillas and press down gently. Cook the sincronizadas for 3-4 minutes per side, until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the sincronizadas from the skillet and let them rest for a minute before cutting them into triangles and garnishing with fresh cilantro.
- Serve the sincronizadas immediately with salsa and guacamole for dipping, enjoying this authentic Mexican dish warm.
