- 100ml Olive oil
- Saft von 1 Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 EL Dried oregano
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 TL Coriander
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Black pepper

Instructions
- Place pork slices in a large bowl.

- If using a spit, rotate slowly and cook until the meat is done and can be shaved easily.
- If grilling or pan-frying: Sear the meat in batches in a hot pan or on the grill until cooked through and slightly browned.
- The meat is typically sliced or shaved into thin strips.
- Serve in pita bread with tzatziki, tomatoes, and onions.
