  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, fenugreek, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  2. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything thoroughly until the spices are evenly distributed. Do not overmix.
  3. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Shape the mixture into 4-6 equal-sized patties. Flatten them slightly.
  5. Heat a little olive oil in a grill pan or on a grill. Grill the patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through and nicely browned.
  6. Serve immediately. Pairs well with grilled vegetables or a simple salad.
