- 2 Baguette rolls
- 150 g Pork belly
- 1 EL Soy sauce
- 1 TL Fish sauce
- 1/2 TL Sugar
- 100 g Daikon radish
- 1 Carrot
- 2 EL Rice vinegar
- 1 EL Sugar
- 1/4 Bund Fresh cilantro
- 1 EL Mayonnaise
- 1 TL Sriracha
Instructions
- Slice the pork belly thinly and pan-fry in a skillet over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Season with soy sauce, fish sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
- Meanwhile, julienne the daikon and carrots. In a small bowl, combine rice vinegar and 1 tablespoon sugar, then add the vegetables and let them marinate for at least 5 minutes.
- Slice the baguette rolls lengthwise and lightly toast until crispy.
- Combine the mayonnaise and sriracha to create a spicy spread.
- Spread the toasted baguette rolls with the spicy mayonnaise. Fill with the cooked pork belly slices, pickled vegetables, and fresh cilantro.
