Ingredients
- 300g Chicken breast
- 300g Lamb meat
- 300g Ground beef (for Kofta)
- 1 Bund Parsley
- 1 Onion
- 4 Flatbread
- 200g Hummus
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 EL Lemon juice
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 TL Paprika
- 0.5 TL Cayenne pepper
- Salz Salt
- Pfeffer Black pepper
Instructions
- Cut chicken and lamb into bite-sized pieces and finely chop parsley and onion. Mix the ground beef with half of the chopped parsley, half of the chopped onion, 0.5 tsp cumin, 0.5 tsp paprika, salt, and pepper to form the kofta mixture.
- Marinate the chicken pieces with 1 tbsp olive oil, 0.5 tbsp lemon juice, 0.5 tsp cumin, 0.5 tsp paprika, salt, and pepper. Repeat this process for the lamb pieces.
- Form the kofta mixture into small, elongated skewers. Allow all meats to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, ideally longer.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (approximately 200-230°C).
- Grill the chicken skewers for 8-10 minutes, the lamb skewers for 10-12 minutes, and the kofta skewers for 6-8 minutes. Turn them regularly to ensure even cooking until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the meat is grilling, briefly warm the flatbread on the grill or in a pan until soft and lightly toasted.
- Serve the grilled meats and kofta immediately with the warm flatbread and a generous serving of hummus. Garnish with the remaining fresh parsley.
