Ingredients
- 400g Wheat noodles
- 200g Ground pork
- 3 EL Tahini
- 2 EL Chili oil
- 1 TL Sichuan pepper
- 2 EL Soy sauce
- 1 EL Rice vinegar
- 1 TL Sugar
- 2 Zehen Garlic, minced
- 1 EL Ginger, grated
- 2 EL Green onions, chopped
- 1 EL Peanuts, roasted and chopped
Instructions
- Cook the wheat noodles according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente. Then drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, chili oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar until a smooth sauce forms. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and mix well.
- Heat a little oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat. Brown the ground pork until it is cooked through and lightly browned.
- Add the ground Sichuan pepper to the pork and fry briefly until fragrant.
- Divide the cooked noodles among serving bowls. Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles.
- Arrange the fried ground pork on top of the noodles.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and roasted, chopped peanuts and serve immediately.
