Ingredients
- 400 g Greek Yogurt (10% fat)
- 4 EL Thyme Honey
- 50 g Walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 Prise Cinnamon, ground
- 1 TL Lemon Zest
- 2 EL Fresh Mint Leaves, chopped
- 1 Prise Sea Salt
- 1 Zweig Fresh Mint Sprig, for garnish
Instructions
- Evenly divide the Greek yogurt into two serving bowls or glasses. Ensure the yogurt is smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle the thyme honey generously over the yogurt. Ensure each portion is well coated to distribute the sweet flavor evenly.
- Sprinkle the roughly chopped walnuts over the honey and yogurt. This adds a delightful crunch and textural contrast.
- Dust each portion with a pinch of ground cinnamon. This deepens the flavors and adds a warming note that complements the honey well.
- Gently grate fresh lemon zest over each portion. The lemon provides a bright, aromatic, and slightly citrusy finish.
- Add a tiny pinch of sea salt to each portion. A hint of salt enhances the sweetness of the honey and balances the flavors.
- Optionally, garnish each portion with fresh chopped mint leaves and a small mint sprig. This adds a fresh note and an attractive presentation to the dish.
