  1. Preheat a pan over medium heat or use a toaster. Lightly butter the bread slices for a golden crust.
  2. Toast the bread slices for 2-3 minutes per side in the pan or toaster until golden brown and crispy. They should be lightly browned.
  3. While the bread is toasting, prepare the spoon sweet. If the fruit pieces are too large, you can lightly mash them with a fork to make them easier to spread, taking care to still leave some fruit pieces intact.
  4. Remove the toasted bread slices from the pan or toaster and place them on serving plates. Optionally, add a pinch of sea salt for a flavor accent.
  5. Generously spread the prepared spoon sweet onto each warm slice of bread. Ensure each slice is well covered.
  6. If desired, add a dollop of Greek yogurt on top of each bread slice with spoon sweet. Optionally, enhance the yogurt with a hint of vanilla extract and sprinkle some cinnamon over it for extra flavor.
  7. Finally, drizzle with a little honey if you want extra sweetness and shine. Garnish the bread with fresh mint leaves for an appealing look and a fresh scent.
