  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef and pork.
  3. Add chopped onion, garlic, soaked bread, eggs, parsley, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix the ingredients well until thoroughly combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Place the mixture into a greased loaf pan or onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a loaf.
  6. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes, until the meat is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 70°C (160°F).
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
