  2. In a bowl, mix feta, mizithra, eggs, mint, parsley, and pepper.
  3. Grease a baking dish with melted butter.
  4. Lay out several phyllo sheets, brushing each with butter and layering them.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the dough layers.
  6. Cover with more buttered phyllo sheets.
  7. Tuck in the edges and brush the top with butter.
  8. Cut the pie into portions.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
